Digital content withdrawal
If digital content is supplied immediately, any withdrawal waiver must be explicit, valid, and presented before purchase where legally applicable. This cannot be assumed from general website use.

For eligible distance contracts concluded online, the site must provide the required online withdrawal functionality before the relevant legal deadline applies to the offer journey.
