These terms govern general use of robincartier.com. They do not yet govern paid products, paid services, or ecommerce checkouts; those require completed Terms of Sale before launch.
Use of the website
You may browse the public pages for personal, professional, and informational use. You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape at abusive scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.
Content and professional information
The website includes portfolio material, articles, wiki pages, experiments, AI/product commentary, and links to third-party sources. Content is provided for general information and professional positioning. It is not legal, financial, security, medical, or regulated professional advice.
AI, wiki, and knowledge-graph content
Some knowledge pages may summarize, synthesize, or connect external sources and AI-related research. Reasonable care is taken, but you should verify important information against primary sources before relying on it.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original site content, structure, analysis, and presentation belong to Robin Cartier or the relevant rights holder. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and link back to the relevant page. Republishing, commercial reuse, automated bulk extraction, or derivative product use requires prior written permission.

Availability and changes
The website may change, move, or become unavailable from time to time. Content can be updated, corrected, archived, or removed without notice.
Future paid offers
If paid services, digital products, subscriptions, or downloads are launched, dedicated Terms of Sale must be published before checkout and must define seller identity, price, VAT, payment, delivery/access, refund/cancellation, withdrawal rights, support, invoices, and dispute-resolution information.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
